Nature Process Ink

NATURE series is formulated pure vegetable oil and its derivatives which completely replace the mineral oil part in conventional offset inks, significantly enhancing the eco-friendly properties such as renewable raw materials and zero VOC emissions. Can be used on coated paper, matte art paper, offset paper, cardboard, and other types of paper. Suitable for products with high requirements regarding EU and French mineral oil regulations, Swiss Ordinance, Nestlé packaging ink guidelines, pure plant-based ingredients, and VOCs.

*Note: This printing ink series is formulated mineral oil free, but is not of the “low-migration” type. It is not recommended for the manufacture of food packaging.

Features:

• Excellent abrasion resistance, effectively preventing smudging;
• Excellent transfer ability and good stability during printing;
• Good anti-emulsification properties;
• High fountain solution tolerance;
• Good washability when cleaning printing plates, blankets, and rollers.
